Here are simple instructions below so I can teach  you via Yahoo Messenger or Windows Messenger Live version.

Via Yahoo Messenger:

Here is the link To Install Yahoo Messenger automatically if you don't have it already and click the "Download" button on that page http://messenger.yahoo.com/download.php

Once installed simply go to the "contact" area in Yahoo Messenger and click "add contact". Put FREEMESSENGERTRAINING to add me.

If You already have Yahoo Messenger , you can add me in your contact list the same way as above with my yahoo user name which is FREEMESSENGERTRAINING

Via Windows Messenger Live:

If for any reason, you are unable to Install Yahoo Messenger above or simply prefer using Windows Messenger Live, simply add my user ID freemessengertraining@yahoo.com in your "Find A Contact Box" and you will be able to get in contact with me through Windows Live Messenger.
